You'll need to go thru Mac Corthell, Planning Director and Dan Zinder, Associate Planner as a starting point for an zoning checklist and pre application meeting. Based on COVID stuff right now it is questionable on face to face but we will see.

I hope all is going well for you. We have a client we are helping with a proposed development in Molalla. It is on tax lot 52E08AA 03600 and has access onto Toliver Road. A concept plan is attached to this note. Is it possible to set down with your and the Planning Director for 30 to 45-minutes to discuss the proposal? Mark and I are available anytime Friday or early next week. Please let me know what works for you.
