Hi Gerald,

I hope all is going well for you. We have a client we are helping with a proposed development in Molalla. It is on tax lot 52E08AA 03600 and has access onto Toliver Road. A concept plan is attached to this note. Is it possible to set down with your and the Planning Director for 30 to 45-minutes to discuss the proposal? Mark and I are available anytime Friday or early next week. Please let me know what works for you.
