Attachments: image002.png; image003.jpg; Correct. The City is willing to work with the additional units as a part of a one lot development. We are not willing to create additional lots as they almost inevitably create future neighbor issues and development challenges. The City would not want to do a multi-lot flag partition for this development. We are curious to see if the city would be open to us doing a three parcel partition instead of creating an orphan lot for our project at 640 Lakota Lane. Please let me know your thoughts. Would a three-parcel partition be an option for this situation? One parcel for each of the multi family unit groups, and one for the existing home? It doesn’t sound like the client would be receptive to including the existing home as a condo plat within the development. Is there any possible scenario where the existing home could be partitioned off to a separate parcel?
