Hi John,

Received the attached voicemail from Jonathon Morris but don’t have his email. Can you forward this message to him? Thanks.

Hi Jonathon,

Am working remotely this week from home but will be back in the office next week. If this is the condo project then the onsite sewer and stormwater piping is under plumbing code requirements overseen by the County as our contract building department. Public sewer will end at the ROW with a cleanout. From there into the site is all private plumbing because it is not in a public roadway. For storm, it also is private onsite but the stormwater detention and water quality requirements have to meet Ch 3 of the Public Works Standards which are available on our website. The sewer and stormwater improvements in Toliver Road are all public and are to be constructed to PW standards. I’m not sure if this project has actually submitted an application or not so most of this is fluid until we receive an actual application that we can comment on and set the requirements. In other words, what I’m telling you may change depending on what is submitted in a formal application. See AKS’s notes from our preapplication meeting and chat with Monte about the project. Also, please include Sam Miller in future emails since he will be reviewing the plans with me and inspecting the improvements. Thanks.

Regards,
