That said, I’m mindful of the fact that our customers are paying for the pre-app meeting as a service. We should only require it if we have a policy in place to support that. Thanks for the note. Dan is meeting with Dept. Heads at 11:00 a.m. today so we can discuss our city-wide policy for meetings, etc. So, for now, we don’t yet have a policy about whether we will require these meetings to be held remotely or whether that is an option we will offer our customers. Stay tuned!
I think my personal free conference call account has the option for screen sharing, if all else fails.

I don't believe we have screen sharing software but they likely do? That would be very useful for showing potential modifications to the storm system/layout that we discussed Thurs.
