There is a planning process that you and your client need to follow and Aldo is your primary contact for that process. Once he has the paperwork that he needs in order to follow our development process, which is in the City code, and deems the application complete then he will request comments from Public Works for whatever this project entails. You may remember our meeting from before your vacation regarding this proposed partition plat. I'm attaching the draft narrative report on the proposal in case you need it to refresh your recollection.
I'm looking at my notes from our June meeting and want to confirm with you the PW requirements before we pull the trigger on hiring an engineer to provide an estimate for bonding purposes. Please review the list below and let me know if I've missed anything:
Construction of improvements must begin (but need not be completed) within one year after partition approval.
