Public Works conditions are included in this approval document. The highlight, as promised, being a requirement to either connect the building to the public storm system or place an onsite drywell.

Jason – I haven’t gotten feedback from public works back yet. Once I do, I’ll complete our review, which will include a letter you can take to Clackamas County. Public Works may have some comments (likely stormwater related) to be completed as part of the building process.
