Gerald and Mac,

This application needed a small setback adjustment on the rear side. I have discussed this with the applicant and he is amenable to sliding the building towards the house 3’ to meet setbacks. I have made that change on his application. Everything else is as it was.

Going forward I will do a preliminary Division II scan before sending out.
