Good Morning Ivan,

Looking into the history on this property and record shows that SDC were never applied. The property was partitioned back in 2007 with existing barn/shed that was removed from the property a few years back, no water or sewer hook-up ever existed. With that being said, there are no credits that would apply at this time. Hope this answers your question.

Checking in on the 619 E Main St. Unit A, Not sure if you had a chance to look into the cost that I paid to the City Of Molalla for $24,474.00 for replacement dwelling and existing utilities?

I talked it through with the County and explained the constraints with existing addressing – they are willing to keep the 619 E Main Street Unit A address and I have officially established it. The form I sent is attached.

When the flaglot to the west is redeveloped in can be assigned 617 E Main ST.
