Good Morning Ivan,
Looking into the history on this property and record shows that SDC were never applied. The property was partitioned back in 2007 with existing barn/shed that was removed from the property a few years back, no water or sewer hook-up ever existed. With that being said, there are no credits that would apply at this time. Hope this answers your question.

I talked it through with the County and explained the constraints with existing addressing – they are willing to keep the 619 E Main Street Unit A address and I have officially established it. The form I sent is attached.
When the flaglot to the west is redeveloped in can be assigned 617 E Main ST.
