Your building permit authorization is ready for pickup at City Hall upon payment of SDCs and submission of the Right-of-Way (ROW) permit for your project. I have attached connection fees for your project as well as the SDC calculations and ROW permit.

Upon pickup, you will contact Clackamas Building (503) 742-4400 for building permit submission requirements and submit the signed documents as authorization.

See attached SDC Calc., Connection/Permit fees, along with ROW Permit application. ROW Permit will need to be submit and approved will all fees paid in full prior to issuing of Building Permit.

Mike – I am going to need to address this parcel. Would you be ok with addressing it 619 Unit A W Main ST? Unfortunately, it is already flanked by 619 to the west and 621 to the south. I had originally advised the Applicant that 621 A would be the address but my thinking now is that since it uses the same access it should use the 619.

Not ideal but we’re working with what we have. Let me know if you have another idea.
