Hi Aldo,

Since they are not proposing access outside of the existing one on to 7th Street then I have no comments. They will be required to take out a Public Works Right of Way Permit to core drill and install a weep hole thru the curb on 8th Street. Let me know if you need anything else.

This accessory building is located in an R1 zone. Access would through the current paved driveway. They did re-submit the site plan today, with an updated stormwater plan.
