Yes. We met with the property owner and told him that his plan to break up into 3 lots in the R-3 zone would not work. He had originally approached Aldo who said it was OK in error, then we met with the property owner and gave him some options on altering it to meet the code requirements. He wasn’t happy about it and was going to get back to us.
