The application will be reviewed using a type II process, which includes mailings to all local landowners. The application fee is 1,000.00$, and we can perform the public notice process for an additional 50$. If you elect to perform the notice preparation yourself, please include the addressed and pre-stamped envelopes to the City with your full application.
Please include all the missing information for the submittal, the filled-out application, and the payment, and be sure to send this information electronically either from a burned disc or email. I will notify you once the application is complete, and begin the notification and review process at that time.
