I reviewed the attached Decision and have attached ODOT comments that are relevant to the proposed development. The comments are intended to supplement the City’s decision and direct the applicant to the necessary processes/permits.
With Marah/Avi out of the office until March 5th—I’m not overly caught up to speed on the proposal/development but did the best I could. If I recall correctly, I believe that Marah mentioned that this was an adjustment to a previously approved Master Plan which allowed the Commercial Use in the Industrial Zone, correct?
