The comments are intended to supplement the City’s decision and direct the applicant to the necessary processes/permits. With Marah/Avi out of the office until March 5th—I’m not overly caught up to speed on the proposal/development but did the best I could. If I recall correctly, I believe that Marah mentioned that this was an adjustment to a previously approved Master Plan which allowed the Commercial Use in the Industrial Zone, correct?
