Hi Jessica,

In addition to the intersections you have looked at which are:

· Hwy 213/Hwy 211

· Dixon Ave/Hwy 211

· Molalla Ave/Hwy 211

The City agrees that the intersections of Hezzie, Leroy, Ridings, and Shaver will also be looked at for additional capacity and signal warrant analysis. Kennel/Hart, as listed in Public Works condition of approval will not be required to be included in the traffic study. Thank you.

Aldo – Consider this email as a change in Public Works CofA #6. If you need an amended CofA then let me know. Thanks.

Hello All-

I just wanted to summarize our conference call this morning so that everyone is on the same page since it was decided that some of the recommended intersections would not need to be analyzed. Based on our discussion, additional capacity and signal warrant analysis will be required for the following intersections:

• * Highway 211 at Leroy Avenue
• * Highway 211 at Ridings Avenue
• * Highway 211 at Hezzie Lane
• * Highway 211 at Shaver Avenue

Traffic counts from previous analysis performed by Kittleson and Associates will be used, therefore no additional counts will be required.

Please confirm and I will begin the additional analysis as soon as possible.
