Hello Gerald,

Thanks for giving me all of the relevant information for this development on the phone this morning! You brought up the Bear Creek Subdivision traffic study which was completed in 2015, with an addendum in 2016. If you could send that over, I will be sure to add it as an in-process development to our traffic counts. You also spoke of a couple other developments that have been approved, I believe there was a medical/dental office and a few more. If those are in the same area or need to be counted as in-process, please let me know.

I will get our office assistant to set-up the conference call with ODOT in order to discuss exactly which intersections need to be analyzed in our traffic study. Hopefully we can do this in the next week or two.
