Please take a look at my draft conditions. I am requiring construction of at least two signals as part of this project withholding final occupancy until they are complete. I am also requiring installation of street lighting along the south side of Hwy 211 though ODOT may push back on that. I’ve turned on track changes for your comments. Please let me know if I missed anything.

Hello,

Initially the application was submitted with two options (option 1 & option 2) associated with review. This application was re-submitted on 9.13.17 with only option 1 to be reviewed. There was no partition submitted separate of the application as stated in the narrative. The applicant will apply for the partition sometime in the future. The application is part of a master plan that was approved in 1999, which I have attached the Findings and Decision. The applicant will also apply for a major modification. Since it is part of an approved Master Plan the review is a Type II application, so it does not need to through planning commission.

I will be sending the notice of application to the surround property owners this week.
