Hello,

Initially the application was submitted with two options (option 1 & option 2) associated with review. This application was re-submitted on 9.13.17 with only option 1 to be reviewed. There was no partition submitted separate of the application as stated in the narrative. The applicant will apply for the partition sometime in the future. The application is part of a master plan that was approved in 1999, which I have attached the Findings and Decision. The applicant will also apply for a major modification. Since it is part of an approved Master Plan the review is a Type II application, so it does not need to through planning commission.

I will be sending the notice of application to the surround property owners this week.
