Nice to see you again also. Dan Zinder can provide any as-built information we have. I don’t need to see the on site utility but I’m not sure if CC wants to see it or not. My guess is no. I think they want to see the plumbing co but you should check with them for the building permit portion.

Brenda,
It was a pleasure seeing you again yesterday, and meeting with you on this project. We, CMT Surveying & Consulting will be submitting the Partition Plat, but Bryan has someone else doing the Engineering on the site. Do we need to show the on-site proposed utility locations in addition to the existing utilities in the street and driveway area? We also need the size of the existing water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage lines in W. Main Street and in the driveway into the site. Can you or Dan Zinder please provide that info for us? Thanks.
