There is also a condition (from 2016) that talks about a fire truck turn around. Condtion “D.2” says a fire dept turn around and easement will be required…………… There is also another section that mentions “sprinklers”. The previous COA are a bit over-detailed. I’m comfortable issuing him a ROW permit once he has the private road sign installed. I’m not sure what the fire dept. requirements are.
