Yes, it was a condition and then Peter sold the house last year before he realized he had to do this. He seemed oblivious regarding his COA. Anyway, I can let him know that we expect him to get an easement from the current owner if that is what you want done here but that may not be possible.

I should add that we didn’t get the 10’ PUE for 917 Toliver Road. Peter has already sold the house so he didn’t own it to dedicate anymore. We can get the 10’ PUE across the flag pole for Rivers Lane, but I don’t know how to get it for 917.
