Peter,

Gerald Fisher, our Public Works Director, has stated that you must comply with the conditions imposed on 917 Toliver, before we can issue you a permit for 600 Rivers Lane. You are responsible for complying with these conditions. The 10’ Public Utility Easement is the condition that hasn’t been met yet. Since you have already sold the house you will need to contact the current owner and negotiate and have them dedicate the 10’ PUE. This will need to include a legal description and map of the PUE from a licensed surveyor, in addition to a notarized signature from the current owner on the City form (attached). Please submit the legal description and map to me for review along with the signed and notarized easement form.
