Peter,

This is a written follow up of our conversation this morning regarding traffic control and shoring.

1. 1. You must follow an approved traffic control plan. You may NOT change this plan without submitting another plan in writing for review. You may NOT close the road and detour vehicles onto private property. You may NOT close the road.
2. 2. If I see anyone in a trench >4 feet without shoring, I will give you a STOP work order and shut you down.

Once you are done with the sewer and water connections you will need to T-cut 12” the trench line. You need to backfill the trench surface with cold mix or hot mix but don’t leave it gravel.
