Peter,

The sidewalk grades were good but there are a few other items you need to correct:

1. Fill in the sidewalk gap with concrete.
2. Move the meterbox so the sidewalk is not sitting on top of it.
3. Clean out the left over concrete chunks from the rock area and compact this loose rock.
4. Backfill behind walk with a gravel taper do there isn’t a trip hazard off the sidewalk.

Please let me know when this is completed.
