Alice is researching the Avison utilities. We’re looking at the sewer work in the old Wittenberg ROW/Easement, per below.
We have easements through the old Hoyt and Wittenberg ROWs but are not sure if any of it was approved or if it is all bootleg. Do you have institutional knowledge/documentation for it?
Any guidance you can give would be much appreciated. Thanks!
