I work with David at the Focus Group and will be attending the meeting tomorrow.
Your feedback is appreciated and it would be useful if you and City colleagues could provide us, at the meeting tomorrow, your advice as to a realistic time frame for us to obtain the necessary permits to be able to start construction on site. Time frame is a critical part of the project for us and so any advise you can provide tomorrow regarding this would be very much appreciated.

I will try to read the letter by the meeting. I took a quick look at the project schedule and have a comment you and your team need to consider. We (Public Works) cannot accept civil plans in for review until the Planning Commission and City Council have decided on the development application. Submitting plans in Feb 2018 before the May 2018 PC and CC hearings does not follow our procedures for development or infrastructure approvals.
