I’m out of the office this week and don’t have my pre-app notes with me, but am trying to recall our discussion at the pre-app last June. For Dixon Ave, did we decide that the street improvements need to begin at centerline, or widen out from extg pavement? Same question for Main St. I think we discussed connecting with ODOT to confirm the scope of Main St improvements, but again – don’t have my notes with me at the moment.

Also – I know we talked briefly about a potential signal at Dixon/Main, and the fact that the extg building at the NW corner of the intersection would prohibit signal installation. I don’t think we came to any resolution on that, though – only that something might need to be worked out and that the property owner knows that the building is in conflict with intersection improvements. If a signal is required as a part of our project, how would we accomplish that with the extg building location?
