Hi David,

As of today, the Transportation SDC for a 25K SF home improvement store is $103,017. I can’t designate and SDC on the merchandise store unless I know what kind of store it is. You will have to give me specific information on the kind of store in order to give you a more accurate estimate of the SDC’s. I don’t need to know the company name. Just need to know what they sell. Furniture, variety, tires, automotive, hardware, paint, discount merchandise, etc.?

I hope everything has been fantastic with you.

We have another user that we are negotiating with pretty seriously on our Dixon/Main Street site.

The user is 25,000 sqft and is a home improvement/garden/farm related retailer. Could you help me calculate their SDC fees?

Also, based on the previous math I also wanted to confirm for the 9,100 sqft general merchandise use that the SDC fee was approximately $67K.

Based on the information below you are looking at approximately $573,000 in transportation SDC’s. I will need to know more specifics on the general merchandise so I can better classify the use in our methodology, but that is the ball park number. Grocery was about $264K and fast food was about $166K. Have a good 4th weekend. Thanks.
