Subject: RE: Molalla, OR Project - Storm SDC Estimate
Importance: Normal
Attachments: image001.gif; I’m assuming we just count the on-site impervious area, and not the impervious area due to widening public streets, right? If so, our on-site impervious area with the current layout is approx. 134,750 sf. Divided by 2,640 sf/EDU, and multiplying by $891/EDU, the storm SDC would be approx. $45,500. However, the current layout assumes a 60’ ROW for Main Street, but the TSP says we need to have 8’ wide sidewalks in the C2 zone. This results in an additional 3’ Row dedication along our Main St frontage, which would impact the site layout. The $45,500 storm SDC will be an approximate number. If we also need to include new impervious area for widening Dixon Ave, and some minor widening/new sidewalk on Main St, that number will go up slightly. Gerald – is there any way to get around the 8’ wide sidewalk requirement, or are we pretty much locked in to having to provide that sidewalk width? Multiply the EDU factor by $891 and that is the total Stormwater SDC. Thanks.
