Hi David,

Based on the information below you are looking at approximately $573,000 in transportation SDC’s. I will need to know more specifics on the general merchandise so I can better classify the use in our methodology, but that is the ball park number. Grocery was about $264K and fast food was about $166K. Have a good 4th weekend. Thanks.

Here is a quick summary of the size and types of tenants we are working with:

  1. 1. Grocery – 18,000 sqft
  2. 2. General Merchandise – 9,100 sqft
  3. 3. Fast Food – 3,100 sqft
  4. 4. AutoParts – 7,100 sqft

 

Any help with the fee’s will be greatly appreciated.
