Mike,
Thanks for your email. I just heard about Superior Glass. I appreciate and recognize your concern(s) after such a tragic loss.
Just bring you up to speed, I have been communicating with Gerard about the water line from Hwy 211 to the back of our property (close to Heintz). The City does own the waterline and has been fixing any leaks the cropped up lately. They are aware that we have an active sprinkler system in the big warehouse in the back. We did recently check the valve room when we had the severe freezing, and everything was active and operational. The City is aware if they shut down the water main for repairs that they need to immediately notify us and the tenants. As far as the Amusement tenant in the back, they should only have a watch person on the property after hours.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or need additional information.
Regards,
Bill Avison

Good afternoon Bill. I noticed a few weeks ago that that you property off of mai9n street by the old Scotts site has job trailers on it from North Sky and what appears to be occupied RV’s behind one of the buildings and what used to be vacant building are now occupied. Glad to see business is picking up. My question is did the hydrant line ever get repaired and turned back on? I was going to go over there and open they hydrants and check, but with the freezing weather coming up again, I thought I would just ask the question. I look forward to hearing from you. Stay safe
