No. None of the uses at the site have been legally established through the City for the past 15-20 years? We reviewed this in detail with our City Attorney. He is in agreement with our assessment on that. We can talk more tomorrow.

Neither of the proposed uses were present on the site prior to January 1, 2014.

Subject: Conference Call Request Developments 525 and 535 W Main St

Hi Alice and Gerald,

We have two developments that we are reviewing in the City of Molalla located at 525 and 535 W Main St on tax lot 7800. Comments are due 1/23 for the Conditional Use Application for the Watchman Development and there is a Pre-Application Conference on January 30th for the Scandia development.

In order for ODOT to determine our recommendations and/or requirements relating to access to OR 211, we are requesting to have a conference call with you on Thursday 1/23 from 1pm to 1:30pm, 2pm to 2:30pm or 3pm to 3:30pm.

For the meeting it would be helpful to know whether the existing uses on the site were there prior to January 1st, 2014 and if they were had they been legally approved by the city.
