Good afternoon, Alice.

I plan to submit a pre-application meeting request to you by next Thursday, January 15 requesting a pre-application meeting on Thursday, January 29 at 3:00pm in order to discuss a Temporary Use application, a Director’s Determination for a Similar Use and a Site Design Review application. As we discussed earlier today, I will include a narrative and questions that we would like your department to answer but will probably not have a site plan. I will include a tax map and an aerial photo and will show the access to Oregon Highway 211.

Would you please confirm that 1/29 at 3:00pm is available for our pre-application meeting if we meet the 1/15 submittal deadline?
