Hello All,
Just got off the phone with Mike Rogers from Scandia and they are buying the property at 535 W Main St. He asked me one question that I didn’t have the answer to and I’m hoping you guys can weigh in: Is the sewer cleanout and permitting the last item that needs to be resolved before issuing the full business license. I’ve got them into a planning process for a potential change of use, but want to be able to respond to this inquiry with certainty. It will be big win for all of us if this property can close… Thank you!
