Good afternoon Mac. I understand, now that I’m back at my desk, that you have been attempting to get a hold of me. These last few weeks have been crazy. We have people out everyone seems to want to build at the same time. I have three sets of plans I’m attempting to work on that came in between Friday and this morning. (I work Monday through Thursday 7-5) Today I am tied to an ambulance so time at my desk is short. Reading your e-mail below, If Andy has the work order then proceed with the business license. I’ll try to call you later but I have a propane tank inspection as well in Mulino this afternoon. That is If I can get to it between 911 calls. Take care.

Hello All,

I believe Scandia is ready for business license approval. I bring this to you with guarded optimism as Avison has agreed to sell the property to Scandia and it will close next week. The last hang-up for the purchase and sale is that Scandia has made the agreement contingent upon business license approval. Sam advised that he inspected and approved the sewer cleanout placement, I also understand that Andy’s folks have a work order open and are addressing the fire hydrants and leak. With all of that said I would like to see if everyone is ready to grant the necessary approvals so Darlene can issue the license on Monday.

I can speak for Gerald and say that PW approves (now that the sewer line issue is remedied),

I’m pretty sure Chief already approved,

That just leaves Fire, and I cannot speak for Mike (plus he’s not on vacation).

Once Mike indicates his approval, we can grant the license. Thank you all and have a great weekend.
