Hi Spencer,

Please see attached ROW permit, sewer lateral detail and pretreatment survey. The pretreatment survey can be sent to me and I’ll make sure Andy gets it for the file. They can submit the ROW permit and $125 fee to Sam Miller at City Hall. He will process and inspect. The cleanout should be placed approximately 315 feet south of the south edge of the building. That is plus or minus the edge of the easement. Thanks.
