Also, the pretreatment survey is for sanitary sewer not storm sewer. It is a form that they fill out stating that they do or do not discharge any of the federally listed contaminants. If they don’t then no problem. If they do then we need to see what it is and determine if they have to perform pretreatment in order to comply with our permit or if their discharge cannot meet pretreatment requirements and are not allowed to discharge to our sewer. From the sounds of their operation, it doesn’t sound like they will be discharging anything. Thanks.
