I’ve attached a list I compiled of Code Items that we’d want to condition based on the code letter we prepared for Bill Avison in the spring and items from planning we’d want to address for this SDR. It doesn’t include standard conditions from PW.

Also DH – I forgot to mention earlier that Mike’s application is a little unclear about the process (Type II vs III and who does the reviewing when) and we’ll want to make sure he’s square on that for submission. I can walk through that piece.
