Gerald/Alice,
I have a few questions in response to the pre-application conference that you had on January 30:
- 1. The property has a number of legal lots associated with it. We plan to limit the Site Design Review area to only the legal lots that are affected by the applicant / use. Also, within those legal lots, only a portion of those areas are actually affected ("being developed"). Would it be acceptable with the City to use only this reduced area for the Site Design Review? In other words, we would like to define a certain area for the use for the site and "ignore" the rest of the area in these legal lots (for purposes of required landscaping, stormwater treatment and detention, parking requirements, etc), as the rest of the area will not be used for the “use”. Alice and I will review based on sketch you will be submitting.
