Mr. Avison,

As of today, we have changed the utility account holder’s name at 535 W. Main to “Avison Lumber Co.” As you know, neither business located at 535 W. Main have Site Design Review approval to conduct business on the property. Per discussion with Alice Cannon, Planning Director, we are agreeing to keep utilities operating on the property because we are aware that both companies are working positively toward preparing a Site Design Review application to bring the property into compliance with the Molalla Municipal Code. The City reserves the right to terminate utility services with notice in the future if progress toward code compliance doesn’t materialize.
