Spencer, I’d like to find a time for us to talk later this week. I want to make sure that we are in agreement as to my client’s ability to operate on the Avison site. Ms Canon has asked my client to attend a pre-application meeting but I’ve never heard if a pre-app meeting for a Zoning Checklist, which is a Type I procedure. I’d like to understand why a pre-app meeting is required and I’d she thinks another kind of application is required.
Thanks. Mike
