The 6” wont be shut off. We are pulling the bulk meter at the end of the year. We are looking at a connection from the north end so we can abandon everything south of the belt manufacturer. Will be a two stage process and the development may be required to connect the waterline and cut off the line to the south if and when they move forward.

Gerald,

Are you okay with this? Should someone run it by Penunuri too?

Subject: FW: Letter to Avison Regarding bulk meter

Alice, this is the letter that was sent certified to Avison on 9/11/19. This is likely the reason you suddenly saw the reactivation of the meter next door, Mr. Avison is expecting us to turn this 6” steel line off. To my knowledge no plan was submitted by the 10/15/19 deadline. With the permission of the tenant you received verbally this morning, we see no reason why we cannot proceed with shutting off the 6” steel line to the site next week after the Holiday. Fire hydrants on the site will loose pressure, and the Fire Dept should be notified. With everyone’s permission and approval, I can enter a work order to do this the first of next week. Be prepared for anyone on an illegal tap of the 6” line to come in wondering what’s going on!

Andy
