Subject: FYI -- Avison has hired Attorney Wendy Kellington
Spencer Parsons called me this morning and told me Wendy Kellington had called him to let him know that she would like to work with the City to avoid litigation. It sounds as if Bill Avison has requested that Wendy take over the process for getting the Scandia Midwest, LLC business up and running. Spencer asked for something in writing from Ms. Kellington. Once he receives this, he will work with us to sort through the issues.
We will stay tuned for now. In the meantime, I will discuss utility transfer issues with Gerald today. This, too, is part of the puzzle.
