Yes. I noticed that too. They will need a County building permit for racking over 5 feet tall. In order to obtain a building permit, they need to obtain a Building Permit Authorization from us.

There may be an issue with the shelving per my discussion with the fire marshal related to the height of the shelving. It is a building code and I think fire code issue. Perhaps they should let building, fire and planning into the site to confirm nothing currently exists that was installed illegally?
