Have all of the prior conditions been met and is there a physical barrier in place to prohibit cross traffic from Hwy 211 to 2^nd Street. Also, the 3 parcel partition moves a line to a 4^th property. We cant review and comment on this if it does not match a approved partition plat already in place. Please have them resubmit with their sketch over Parcel 2 on the approved map and resubmit. If they cant get it done by this Friday then please reschedule the meeting. Thanks Aldo.
