Josh, Tootie has evidently set up all of the x-over easements. She is going to disclose to the new owners that a new driveway needs to be installed. She just wants to sell the property. She has an existing permit for the driveway. Can we resolve the substandard driveway issue with the new owner. According to Tootie the new owners wants a wider driveway. And are willing to install. Basically we could approve a 10 foot wide driveway which would only be 2 feet wider than the existing access but use an ODOT standard drawing that includes wings. Right now it is a city standard drawing with no wings.
