Aldo,

This parcel is being chopped up into 3 pieces but I don’t know what for and what they intend to do on the property. They do not have access on to 2nd Street and can’t without an easement from the owner of Vanmeter & Gentle. Before I can say that it is OK, we need to know what they intend to do with the properties and all access is off of the state highway. Once I have that then I can comment on the partition. Thanks.

Parcel 3 doesn’t connect to 2nd St. They may want to have the access easement include parcel 3 so there is a place to install the utilities and driveway access to public street.
