Hi Aldo,

My only condition is that they will need to dedicate a 10’ wide public utility easement along East Main Street and a public utility easement fronting 2^nd Street that is a width equal to a distance 10 feet from the right of way. There is a small portion of Lot 5 between Parcel 2 and 2^nd Street.

Parcel 2 does not appear to have access on to 2^nd Street across Lot 5. In order to allow for access on to 2^nd street in the future the applicant will need to provide the City with a copy of the easement across Lot 5. Thanks.
