Hi Aldo,

My only condition is that they will need to dedicate a 10’ wide public utility easement along East Main Street and a public utility easement fronting 2nd Street that is a width equal to a distance 10 feet from the right of way. There is a small portion of Lot 5 between Parcel 2 and 2nd Street.

Parcel 2 does not appear to have access on to 2nd Street across Lot 5. In order to allow for access on to 2nd street in the future the applicant will need to provide the City with a copy of the easement across Lot 5. Thanks.
