My CAD person works part-time as an evening side job so sometimes a bit slow turnaround. He did miss one thing and that was placement of “leader arrow” on Detail A and I have marked up for him to change tonight. I figured close enough to get a final review from City and County. FYI Access Easement has been changed to reflect City’s request of limited access. This seems to indicate another PUE here. I attached a sketch of what I think it means. What do you think? Great on #1 & #2. #3 – Look at the Moody Station Plat I had sent. They penciled in before recording a “PUE and Emergency Vehicle Access” across Lot 5. Also see attached are preliminary Partition Plat. Area is the SW corner of Parcel 3. The current 20 ft Access along West side of Plat is being revised to limit through Access per City request and we have yet to put in the requested 10 foot PUE.
