Gerald,
Two pre-app requests currently on the table, both of which I’m hoping to nail down meeting times with the potential applicants:
· Sawyer’s truck repair at 1212 Toliver Road
· Eckerd Ave Townhomes
I’ve attached the Pre-App paperwork as well as the proposed site plans for each project. I realize things are in flux, but I can coordinate with the individuals on meeting times if you knew of a few options for availability.
